Introducing cow's milk to baby

If your baby doesn't enjoy the taste of cow's milk, you can try blending equal parts of whole milk with either breast milk or prepared formula (avoid substituting whole milk for water when mixing with powdered formula). Over time, you can gradually reduce the proportion of breast milk/formula and increase the amount of whole milk. It's important to note that cow's milk contains excessive proteins and minerals that may strain your baby's kidneys, and it may not provide the optimal balance of nutrients your baby requires.
