When a baby or child vomits, they usually recover quickly. After vomiting, they may become hungry and thirsty. Give them plenty of water to stay hydrated. If your baby is vomiting, liquid feeding can sometimes even alleviate their nausea. Begin with small amounts of milk and wait to see if they vomit again. If your child continues to vomit and appears unwell, consult your doctor.
