Can adults eat baby food?

Baby food diets may help you lose a few pounds quickly, but they won't help you lose weight in a sustainable manner. For long-term weight loss, eat a balanced diet that includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, dairy products, lean protein, and healthy fats. In the long run, it is possible to become malnourished because we require a baseline of calories that baby food does not provide.
